How many Genders (not sexes) are there?

You appear to be confused. One's biology does not necessarily equate with one's gender identity.

Medical science and people who respect medical science recognize that it sometimes differs.
"Feeling" like you're something you're not doesn't make you what you "feel" like you are. If I "feel" like a Trillionaire does that make me a Trillionaire?

If you need to rationalize your inability to deal with medical science, you can.

Again, what other aspects of established science can't you handle?

"How many sexes (not genders) are there?"

Surprisingly, even to me, at least 6.

The 6 Most Common Biological Sexes in Humans

"The Six Most Common Karyotypes

The six biological karyotype sexes that do not result in death to the fetus are:

* X – Roughly 1 in 2,000 to 1 in 5,000 people (Turner’s )
* XX – Most common form of female
* XXY – Roughly 1 in 500 to 1 in 1,000 people (Klinefelter)
* XY – Most common form of male
* XYY – Roughly 1 out of 1,000 people
* XXXY – Roughly 1 in 18,000 to 1 in 50,000 births"
There are two sexes and four sex abnormalities.

And gender is just a play on words. There are two genders and the rest are mental illnesses.
