How Donald Trump’s DOJ gave Biden a major assist in the coming impeachment probe

Works for me, you were saying they were incompetent for making the rule, they weren’t it will make it tougher for all the BS politics to take place.
No, I'm saying they are hoist on their own petard. They made the rule and then tried to do something against it.

So did Clinton and it backfired on him, I like the rule. Not sure why it is that big of an issue, it works.

So McCarthy has reneged on that promise too.

How to tell us you don't have enough votes to pass the Resolution to start an Impeachment Enquiry, without saying you don't have the votes.

Time to fire up the popcorn machine.

Is there a house rule that states you need to have a vote to start an impeachment inquiry?

Last week McCarthy promised that there would be no impeachment enquiry without a House vote on the Resolution.

Then he met with Donald Trump over the weekend.

Now he’s moving to an impeachment enquiry with no evidence, and no House vote. If he had the votes to pass it, you know there would be a Resolution.

Every decision Trump makes is always the wrong one. What an idiot he is.

Sounds like McCarthy doesn’t want to do an impeachment inquiry, but most of the house and like 90% of the Americans on the right do.

While there is no requirement to have a vote, he may still have one. What happened if that’s voted down in the house? Do you think people will accept that “well, that’s the end of it”?

He is between a rock and a hard place, when he knows that people want this impeachment inquiry, but also feels there is a chance that it may not pass a house vote. There is a chance he may break that promise.

There is also another option, and that is to skip the impeachment inquiry altogether and just move straight to the impeachment vote, as pelosi did in the case of trumps second impeachment.

Now he’s moving to an impeachment enquiry with no evidence,

Why do people think you have to have evidence before doing the inquiry? The purpose of the inquiry is to look for evidence. If you had evidence, there would be no need to even do the inquiry.

The purpose of the enquiry is to EXAMINE THE EVIDENCE THEY'VE COLLECTED. Since they have no evidence that ANY member of the Biden family has committed a crime, they have NOTHING.

They don't even have a CRIME, much less evidence of one.

"People" don't want an impeachment enquiry. Even Republicans don't want an impeachment enquiry. If they really did want one, McCarthy would be holding that vote, and the Resolution would pass. Donald Trump wants an impeachment enquiry.

The PEOPLE want Republicans to work on their behalf, and solve their problems. Impeachment does nothing for them at all.

Both Clinton and Trump were MORE popular after they were impeached.

True, though the non-law machine operating within law (Badiou) will inherently not have the collective IQ to connect the dots to POSPOTUS offspring for the more comprehensive image the situation demands. That is why Hunter's gun litigation pales in lieu of Father-Son Chinese connections.

No, the impeachment inquiry is also known as the impeachment investigation. The investigation is conducted to look for the evidence.

They don't even have a CRIME, much less evidence of one.

They have allegation of a crime, hence the investigation

Sure they do. “People” aren’t the members of the house and senate. “People” are the millions of Republican citizens.
