How does Trump get blamed for SARS-COV-2?

He doesn't. As has been repeated over and over to his supporters, NO ONE blames him for the virus, or said virus making it to our shores. That was going to happen regardless.
What he gets blamed for is the RESPONSE to the virus. On January 22, 2020, Trump gave a press conference shortly before getting on AF1 to head back home from Davos.
He said "it's only one person coming from China", "We have it all under control".....and then, proceeded to do NOTHING for the next two months except golf, tweet, and hold
his pep rallies shadowing the Democratic primaries.

And then, he gave a speech to the nation on March 11th that will be widely regarded by history as one of the most disasterous speeches ever given by a sitting President.
The next day, the stock market had its worst one day drop since 1987. On Friday, March 13th, Trump was sidelined and the adults (led by Pence) had to step in.
In any normal world, Trump's Presidency should have ended that day. He should have resigned for the good of the country. He was incompetent, inept, and unfit for the job.

For three years, Trump skates on the good economy and falling unemployment left to him by his predecessor. And the MOMENT his Presidency is tested, he throws up all over his shoes.
750K+..dead and counting...all because of his watch. An economy in shambles..all on his watch. That's what he gets blamed for..among many other things.

Biden blames Trump for everything because he's hoping Trump will tell him how to correct the problem, clueless nincompoop that he is.
