Chechens are openly threatening to take control over Moscow. «We will take control of 
Moscow. We have people who, if necessary, will rip off heads,» stated Ruslan Kutayev, former vice-premier of Chechnya. According to him, Muslims living in Moscow can seize the capital and establish the kind of authority that will be «convenient» for them.
FINALLY, we has reached 1917 !!!!, so my question, willMoscow empire survive putin´s regime collapse ? I dont think so...But, Ruslan Kutayev has a ponit here:
