How does cutting jobs and increasing the number of illegals equate to something good for Americans?

Shutting down the Keystone pipeline and essentially opening the border can’t possibly lead to anything good can it?
Is this another win for Mexico and loss for Americans?
When will this administration stop working for the people of Mexico and get to work for Americans?
