Ladies and gentlemen, President Trump has been able to enact some great spending cuts. But left has been able to successfully push that absurd notion that tax cuts are expenses that have to be paid for. This false narrative absolves the left of their rampant spending, by assuming such spending is necessary by default. They point to the ballooning deficit as the reason. The correct response is, "No, to reduce the deficit, we must cut spending". Allowing people to save their own money is not "spending".
Take your own personal budget. Let's say you decide to set aside $500 extra each month as savings. Do you ask yourself "How will I pay for that?" Of course not. It's absurd jiu jitsu by the Marxist left to justify massive spending. I believe Bill Clinton started this silly rhetoric. Clinton as we know was a master of lies and deception. Clinton told us "Tax cuts are expenses" and "Government spending is investment". Just the opposite of reality. But the leftwing media runs with it.
