England's government apparatus got occupied during the war by subversives. For some weird reason we all caught it off them.

Khrushchev told us he would undermine us from within, but that had actually started long before.

The "intellectuals" who schemed to rule the world under a collectivist global government warped every nuance of American society that had a positive impact.

The same leftists persecuted queers in the USSR, but promoted it here.

They KILLED (and still do in China) "recreational" drug users, but libturds coddle them here as best they can.

I'm not arguing one way or another on those issues, but the bottom line is they're Statists, and whatever the state wants, it can do and if you object it's "a hate crime".

A Congress that let business mortally injure the middle class's earning power

The rise of an alt right that is fascist in doctrine and anti-democratic in principle

Letting people like Hillary, Newt, Donald, Tom DeLay, etc., gain power

We had generations of indoctrination teaching children that America is evil and must be punished. Now we end up with the stupid football player. He should have been mobbed, tied up and dragged out to the parking lot.

What most people don't know is that after the war a lot of leftwing professors bailed from Germany and came here to teach all the people enrolling under the G.I bill. So after they got done fucking up their own country, they immigrated here so they could fuck up ours. A lot of these dirt bags supported Hitler before the war.

By what measure(s) do you consider the U.S. position as that of "sh*t?"
The preponderance of information one finds at the links above in no way suggest the U.S. is even close to being "sh*t." You may think the U.S. is "sh*t," but that's merely a reflection of your ignorance about either the U.S., the rest of the world, or both. Perhaps you think that because you aren't aware that there are some 180 countries in the world. I really can't say. What I can say is that your perception and reality aren't well mated.

That's true, I remember that now from when I went through my national socialist stage. Yes they seem to have gotten to the colonies through the academic institutions while they got to the UK through the government apparatus. And probably a bit of the other on both fronts.

Thanks for the academic ratings. My school, the University of Florida, is 44th in the country and 84th in the world. Not too shabby.

Why is it that coming out with actual measurable facts makes somebody an indoctrinated idiot? But coming out with unsupported, unprovable opinions, makes somebody right? I always thought that figures beats opinions. But of course if people like this speak for you it all becomes clear.

Corrupt politicians spread corruption like a cancer that's how. The country is leaderless. Who thinks the lying corrupt criminal Hillary is any kind of leader? Well there you go.

Not shabby at all and certainly not the "sh*t" the OP-er seems to think we, as a nation are.

And the rich have never been richer. Rich Republicans are happy and don't know what you're crying about.

Thank you.

Of course, the overwhelming majority of members who post on USMB are dyed-in-the-wool "post truthers" who have no regard for complete stories, details, and preponderances of evidence. Truly, I think I can count on one hand the number of members whose remarks I've read whereby they've (1) posted non-editorial content to support their views, (2) read rigorous research on the topic about which they seem passionate, (3) know very well the subject matter of which they write, and (4) recognize their anecdotal observations and experiences may not be representative of those of most people.

When the pastor preaches at the lectern, faith is all one needs to accept his message, but on legislative matters, sound logic based on verifiable and relevant facts is all that matters.
