I got back from Vegas last week, and the whole week I was there I wishing I could go on the Allegiant stadium tour for $75, get on the field, in the locker room, see then trophies on display, and the damn thing was already sold out for the entire week.

This, I believe, is the oldest stadium in the NFL. I also believe it is the smallest. Surprisingly high grades here considering the age of Soldier Field.

Tied for 1st in Training Rooms.
  • Grade: A+
  • Remarks: Every player was pleased with the number of hot tub and cold tub spaces, and 97% felt the team supplied enough certified athletic trainers and personal trainers. While there is a steam room and a sauna, 94% agreed the steam room was big enough and 97% said the sauna was large enough.
  • Locker Room:

  • Grade: A
  • Remarks: Most of the players say the franchise offers a high-end locker room, citing plenty of space by 97% of the players.
Weight Room
  • Grade: A
  • Remarks: According to the survey, the players feel their weight room is one of the best in the league and every single player is 100% satisfied with the number of strength coaches on hand.

Chicago Bears strength coaches

The Bears tied for 17th in this category, but receive a really high grade as most players agreed that their strength coaches significantly added to their success.

  • Grade: A-
  • Remarks: Chicago ranked first by every player for believing that each teammate received an individualized plan.

Chicago Bears training staff

The Bears may be tied for 15th in the league here, but most teams rated their training staff well.

  • Grade: A-
  • Remarks: The players gave high grades for feeling like the training staff significantly adds to their success.

Chicago Bears team travel

The survey left the Bears tied for 23rd overall for travel among NFL teams.

  • Grade: C-
  • Remarks: While players have no roommates, Chicago is one of seven franchises that don't offer first-class seating to their players. Only 78% felt like they have enough room to spread out when traveling.

Chicago Bears treatment of families

The Bears tied for 22nd overall, finishing 25th for support of players' families and 23rd for the post-game gathering area.

  • Grade: C-
  • Remarks: The Bears are one of 11 teams that don't offer daycare. However, the club does provide a family room. Players expressed the club only does the minimum to make it appear the Bears are doing things for the families of players, but don't actually take care of them.

Chicago Bears food service/nutrition

About 94% say that there's enough room for players in the cafeteria, but food quality came in at No. 22, which put Chicago tied for 18th across the league.

  • Grade: D+
  • Remarks: Despite getting three meals a day, players had two main issues — the quality/healthiness of food prior to practices and the timing of meals.

The Chiefs got some low marks. The Chiefs have won two Super Bowls recently.

The Chargers graded near the bottom.....but they're almost finished with a brand new facility that will boost their scores.....but nobody can compare to what the Cowboys facility has.

I think I was wrong, I'm guessing all the Bears training facility may be Lake Forest, which is a very, and I mean very, expensive zip code, so no surprise for some of the grades.

I’m glad to see my Commanders at #32… the players have not performed sufficiently in the last 31 years to EARN even average facilities. You don’t get the ice cream cone if you don’t win the game. No pizza party at Chuck E Cheese if you don’t win the Championship.

It's crazy to me that individuals who at a minimum make 500k+ dollars a year, who's job provides them food, a weight room, medical staff, world class facilities, etc etc, complain that their employer doesnt provide daycare. Seriously you cant work that shit out? Hire a nanny, you make enough money. You need at the facility 25 days a year? You cant figure that out? Really?
