How do I stop all the email notifications?

I cannot figure it out. I get emails up the kazoo. I really do not need them.

How do I stop that feature?

Abandon that account and start a new one.

Click on your name at the top

click on contact settings

UNclick: Receive email when a new conversation message is received

Scroll to the bottom of the email and click to unsubscribe.
