Zone1 How do followers of Judaism keep all of the mitzvahs?

So I first started to learn about Judaism in my university. Many years later I glossed through a "Torah for Dummies" book to understand this religion a bit more even considered buying a menorah to use during Passover even though I am not Jewish.

Anyways, my question is regarding the over 600 mitzvahs that must be kept. Anyone care to share how they can all be kept, especially in our modern society?
