One way to know if a person is a genius when it comes to their field of endeavor is to see what kind of scores they got in school....or heaven forbid.....see how they scored on the SAT test.

But liberals seem to think that the primary reason they were accepted into the schools that offered them a spot isn't their test scores. Something else (not listed) shows that you have the capacity to be a great legal mind....AND YOU'RE A RACIST FOR EVEN MENTIONING IT!!!!






Also: Dick Durbin is blocking her complete judicial record. So they can't even see 2/3rds her records. How are they supposed to judge this judge if they aren't allowed the documents that were required to screen any other nominee in the past. Republicans aren't going to bring up witnesses to talk about her beer party habits 35 years ago....but they to need to know her past rulings. The White House is blocking 46,000 documents from being released.....probably because they are embarrassing to say the least.
