There was the Democrat candidate for the Supreme Court firming the legalizing of murder, and today's news about California Democrats working to establish infanticide.
1. For context, and the scientific basis for calling it murder, a human being comes into existence at conception.
Shettles, Landrum, M.D., Rorvik, David, Rites of Life: The Scientific Evidence for Life Before Birth, page 36, Zondervan Publishing House, Grand Rapids, Michigan, 1983
“… Conception confers life and makes you one of a kind. Unless you have an identical twin, there is virtually no chance, in the natural course of things, that there will be “another you” – not even if mankind were to persist for billions of years.”
Dr. Jasper Williams, Former President of the National Medical Association (p 74)
“The formation, maturation and meeting of a male and female sex cell are all preliminary to their actual union into a combined cell, or zygote, which definitely marks the beginning of a new individual. The penetration of the ovum by the spermatozoon, and the coming together and pooling of their respective nuclei, constitutes the process of fertilization.”
Ronan O’Rahilly and Fabiola Miller, Human Embryology and Teratology, 3rd edition. New York: Wiley-Liss, 2001. p. 8.
“Although life is a continuous process, fertilization… is a critical landmark because, under ordinary circumstances, a new genetically distinct human organism is formed when the chromosomes of the male and female pronuclei blend in the oocyte.”
“[All] organisms, however large and complex they might be as full grown, begin life as a single cell. This is true for the human being, for instance, who begins life as a fertilized ovum.”
"After fertilization has taken place a new human being has come into being...[this] is no longer a matter of taste or opinion, it is not a metaphysical contention, it is plain experimental evidence...." - Dr Jerome LeJeune, Professor of Genetics at the University of Descartes, Paris, discoverer of the chromosome pattern of Down's Syndrome, and Nobel Prize Winner
2. "Ketanji Brown Jackson Claims There’s a “Right” to Kill Babies in Abortions
During her Senate confirmation hearings today, Ketanji Brown Jackson falsely claimed there is a “right” to abortion in the Constitution even though no such right exists. Jackson says Roe v. Wade is “settled law” and that women have a “right” to kill babies in abortions and she called killing babies in abortions merely a “termination of pregnancy.”
During questioning, Senator Diane Feinstein asked her about abortion. Jackson said Roe and Casey are “settled law of the Supreme Court concerning the right to terminate a pregnancy. They established a framework the court has reaffirmed.”
“I do agree with Justice Barrett and Justice Kavanaugh on this issue, Jackson said when Feinstein queried her about comments the two Supreme Court justices made about how Roe v. Wade is current SCOTUS precedent. Both justices eventually indicated in their own hearings that precedent can be overturned but Feinstein did not ask this."
3. "Newsom opens the door to infanticides
SACRAMENTO, CA — Gov. Gavin Newson’s abortion council dropped a legislative bombshell. The group of policy makers intend not only to codify the killing of unborn children throughout all nine months of pregnancy but to decriminalize killing newborns days or weeks after birth.
New language added to AB 2223 last week revealed the disturbing intent. The proposed legislation would shield a mother from civil and criminal charges for any “actions or omissions” related to her pregnancy, “including miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion, or perinatal death.” Although definitions of “perinatal death” vary, all of them include the demise of newborns seven days or more after birth."
Democrats serve a very different master than normal folks......but give 'em credit for being hard workers.
