Household electricity bills have increased by 10% since Donald Trump re-entered the White House

It's going to take a while to recover from the Biden 4 year disaster. If Trump's policies don't significantly bring down high Biden caused prices, he will have trouble in 2026.
Deflect

Trump promised during the 2024 campaign to lower Americans’ electric bills by 50%. Democrats have been quick to blame him for the price hikes, citing actions to hamstring clean energy in the sprawling tax-and-spending cut bill approved last month, as well as regulations since then to further restrict wind and solar power
But Democrats are wrong and dishonest. I will be surprised that once his policies have a chance to work--his first budget won't begin until October--that he doesn't deliver on lowering energy prices. But like everything else these things take some time, especially when the policies because as screwed up as they were under Biden. All the horrors of the Biden Administration didn't happen all at once. Nobody can honorably expect Trump to fix it all, all at once.

The word for this is "faith".

Energy costs have come down. Oil is reduced 25% as a direct result of trump policy. Unfortunately, Biden inflation reduced the value of the dollar so the price at the pump can’t go down to where it was under Trump 45.

Be honest, its not just tariffs.
Clean energy tax credits would have ended sooner or later,
and there's been a much faster rapid expansion of electricity-hungry data centers to fuel a boom in artificial intelligence, than expected. Trump is not to blame for the latter two.

Do not care what political party made things go up or down.
Because its ALLWAYS ends Up for the average working person.

If you can say with a straight face that you haven't demanded sources from anybody again and again and again, you might have an argument.

If you can't say that, do shut up.
Not like you. Your false equivalence is worthless, sorry.

The rapid growth of cloud computing and artificial intelligence has fueled demand for energy-hungry data centers that need power to run servers, storage systems, networking equipment and cooling systems.

They need reliable energy, not unreliable wind and solar.

Number of people proposing to run the country on just wind turbines - ZERO
Op was lamenting the expense of running our power grids off of non renewable sources
