Not unusual at all . I have a friend who basically started cable television in.Canada. He has a summer home on Jekyll Island. Next to President Carter. Never had the nerve to ask him how wealthy he was. Owns a good portion of the suburb of Toronto called Missagua ( population 1 million.). Have stayed at his mansion there. Modest and under stated much as the man is.. A real nice , down to earth guy. Nothing overbearing or obnoxious about him.
Does it matter ?
Trying to insinuate something ? If the Ukraine would fall to the Russians his last few would be in danger and this would be a good refuge for him. Good move on his part. All that money would mean nothing my in the Ukraine.
