If there were credible evidence of wrong-doing by Smith - or any of the many Republicans who testified under oath attesting to Trump's criminal behavior - they would demand Trump's Department of Partisan War (formerly the Department of Justice) must indict those individuals.

The stickler that prevents Trump toadies actually bringing charges is that credible evidence is required under our system of jurisprudence, so they are forced to resort to the vapid bluster of their hyperbolic revilements.
