Honest Question About Trump Threads

Are we allowed to report people who might be talking about Trump for Trump threads but still have absolutely nothing to offer it except TDS nonsense and won't actually address the topic itself? This always has been fuzzy to me because they're still talking about Trump but totally unrelated stuff full of childish insults.
