Did the teen get arrested or was he released and later had other groups rally around him and call him a hero?

Did the governor rush in to issue an emergency pardon?

Yes, he is affiliated with BLM......there are reports that he supported BLM causes in his social media....like demanding justice for George Floyd and other thugs......which makes him a thug...
