Ya know...if you're homeless and trying to get back to work?

Having a phone is a BIG DEAL to finding work.

Were I on the jury I'd find him guilty of theft of services and make him pay back restitution for the amount that electircity actually cost his victim.

What's that amount?

Maybe a dime?!

Where does it say the guy has two smart phones? As far as we know (and what is more likely the case) is the guy has two very cheap phones. I know there are some extremely cheap plans out there, and there are places that give phones to the homeless.

Why? Because despite the fact that some people see the guy having a phone as a mere luxury, having a phone is extremely important in the process of getting a job. After all, how is your employer or would-be employer going to contact you if he/she has no way of doing so?

I don't know if any of the above posters know it or not but for the past 4 years here in the United states we are in a Great depression. Lot of people lost homes cars etc. Not much work out there either most jobs if your lucky enough to get one pay minimum wage.
Not everyone has family that can help them.. Just imagine you have no family, lost your job no car no house and no money.
