According to reports like this, ANYONE with a home and a job is an appropriate target of class warfare.

Periodically the police do go into homeless camps and clean them out. It's not because someone just decided this would be a fun thing to do, it's because there have been a number of complaints such that the police have to do something.

Because of problems endemic among the homeless placing them is exceptionally hard. I suggest replacing the illegals working as farm hands with the homeless. There will be plenty of space once the illegals vacate the farm camps and the homeless will have jobs.
