100%. Only about 30% of the work force or less is full time. They are up to $13 an hour but there is no benefits to 70% of their workforce so they get short term employees. Fuck em. They had a record profit year last year. No empathy here.

Without those people, those who build have nothing to build with. I see no sense in putting down anyone working whatever job is being done as it all is needed to get to the end result.

Should the worker helping you find the correct nails you need get paid as much as the one using the nails? Maybe not but they should still be able to pay their bills. Without one cog of the system, none of it works and no, you aren't going to saw and make your own lumber on site.

The people there for a paycheck used to find the old guys for expertise questions. They are just harder to find now.

When an employee flips the box over or googles and starts reading to find the answer they are not an expert. Having said that $13 an hour doesn’t really get you expert advice so no shade at people willing to help but aren’t experts.
