Learn to read? He said Trump was also distracted by the impeachment. Every president plays golf. That's why you have an administration that looks into things for you. No president is just sitting around all day personally researching stuff. Even if the President was, he wouldn't know if the news out of China was worth worrying about or not.

If you remember, that was two days after his disasterous address to the nation and one day after the markets posted their biggest loss since 1987. By my count that's almost 6 weeks of "busy caring about the country?"....not. But, in that time, he held multiple pep rallies, sent dozens of tweets, watched a lot of Fox News, and golfed quite a bit.
