It's true that Big Oil owns a large number of so called "green companies ". They began buying them up in the 1980s

The biggest part of the problem is when management of a publicly traded company cares much more about "other holdings" in part because it doesn't own much stock. Conflict of interest is here. The Exxon Management is actually card carrying members of CO2 FRAUD and have been invested to exploit that all along.


There was never any reason to believe adding CO2 to atmosphere would cause warming. All gas absorbs some part of EM. IR is on the weak side and that's why absorbing it doesn't warm jack.
