Trump put out a federal hiring freeze.
That's why a weatherman whose job it was to coordinate flash flood warnings in Texas was never replaced.
The national park service couldn't do it's seasonal hiring, hence they were short handed.

Have you ever been around a wildfire such as this? I have, many times, people would have died and the lodge would have burned down anyway.
At least that's a step up from the liberal go to, man made global warming. Although this thread is as much of a farce as man made global warming.
The national parks are not the Space Launch System.
