Republicans need to do one thing - Bring in the head of security in the State Department and ask........Did you inform Secretary Clinton that she was not authorized to use a private server? If the answer was yes, Republicans would have prosecuted by now.

If then Senator Hillary Clinton gave Sandy Burglar her approval to go and get those classified documents that still does NOT waive the laws that state Sandy could not stuff classified documents down his pants and transport them to whever he was going in his pants!

The State Department did NOT tell Hillary it was ok to skip the training on classified information that is REQUIRED BY LAW was ok. They did NOT tell her that the server did not have to be protected - she tried and failed to do so, which is still a violation of the law. The State department did NOT tell her it was ok to give her server to an agency who did not have the required security clearance to handle the data or an authorized facility in which to house it. The State Department did NOT tell Hillary it was ok to send / receive classified information via e-mail on unprotected networks or to hang that classified information on the unprotected 'cloud'.

If you really have had experience with handling classified that even if there was no such document to be found if YOU were caught mishandling, improperly storing, and illegally destroying any of your classified you would have had your clearance stripped, an investigation (legally mandatory) done, and you would probably be in jail right now.
