Mount Everest's death-defying Hillary Step has disappeared

Now Everest (Chomolongma) will be easier to climb.

The Hillary Step was a bottle neck that the people climbing down needed to wait at for the morons still climbing up at that time.

And even for the people climbing up early in the day (daylight morning) it was a bottleneck for the fast climbers behind the slow climbers.

The Mountain gets thousands of tourists per year.

It gets hundreds of climbers per year.

About a dozen are killed on it each year.

I've always wanted to climb the 7 summits.

Kilimanjaro is the easiest. Any schoolteacher with the summer off and good hiking boots can do it.

I would want to bring my slug loaded shotgun with me though, for the hungry lions there.

But they won't let you. You have to come unarmed.
