WWII had a famous slogan, "Loose Lips Sink Ships," unless it was some other war(?). There similar basis for Secretary Clinton's debate manifesto re: Donald Trump, A Heavyweight ISIL recruiter. There have apparently been instances of social media use. Then likely everyone puts that on video: To Make The Newscasts(?)!

So the Republicans will not provide a Military Authorization, and so this is not a World War. It is probably a stretch to agree with Senator Sanders that a few thousand secular kamikazes are in some nature of war for the heart, soul, and mind of the 1.5 bil. Islam followers. Some monarchist made the original comment, likely with more money than Trump. Still, there are remarks from the GOP front runner, now in play on the international scene. The English Parliament, for example, comes to mind--which can be put into a seular kamikaze video.
Islam is even confused on the matter of interest rates, like is Israel. There are all kinds of elaborate explanations of what the various theologies think they are doing. Bank of Dubai goes into it extensively. It is not usury, as in interest rates: Like Janet Yellen or an Alan Greenspan believe in--Probably from Deuteronomy 23:19-20, to Screw the USA(?). That has only recently restarted this last week. Not even Bank of Dubai will do that to the West, or something(?)! The U. S. Ivy League is different about that(?),(Jihad!)!
There is a lot to understand about national security issues, even without a war or military use authorization being in place--from Ryan, Boehner, McConnell, McCain, Cruz, Rubio, or Paul, Paul, et. al. The Secretary can at least rely on the recent U. N. Resolution, re: Syria. That is substantial progress, and diplomatic.
