It doesn't matter if you are a billionaire. You are still a person and still have the same ailments that anyone has. I've seen plenty of older ladies with worse hair loss, so she probably does get some kind of treatment for it. I'm sure that running for president is pretty stressful (thankfully she didn't win though), so that is probably a contributing factor to the hair thinning.
