Was this a girl who was literally attacked (or her sister was attacked) and she fought back with a blade like a badass?

Or was this a psycho girl who hates immigrants and is randomly attacking random immigrants with a bladed weapon because she feels that they’re all out to get her and/or her sister?

Because those are two very different things, and it’s not at all clear from the OP which is what happened
