There is no context to put white racism in from either the North or the South. White republicans are playing a dishonest game, trying to take credit for their past.

The Republican Lincoln paid slavemasters the equivalent of 23,000 per slave they lost as reparations as a result of Emancipation. He paid the slaves nothing. Republicans don't want to talk about this when they lie about history.

It’s been going on for 45 years,

He could have gotten terrific jobs and been promoted right up to senior management - jumped over better qualified whites - as long as he settled in one the large, populated cities above, where millions upon millions of blacks live.

the reality about Affirmative Action is you get just as many points for hiring a white woman or an Asian dude as you do for hiring a black man, so it really wasn't much of a solution to 400 years of systematic racism.

DEI hasnt worked we elevated the corrupt and incompetent. Affirmative action didnt work we elevated people not qualified who failed. Temple University created a HS program teaching black students in 11 and 12th grades how to study in college. 80% failed and dropped out. Lowering standards of ability and quotas only leads to failure.
The more the government helps you the worse off you are because they arent helping you they ae buying you.
The only hope blacks have to improve their culture are black churches who teach moral values.

If a white woman, a black woman, an Asian, and a Mexican apply for the same job in NY, DC, Chicago, LA, Baltimore, or any other liberal city, the job will go to the black woman if she is even minimally qualified - even if she’s the least qualified of the four.

Same thing with college admissions. That is why a black female who scored a 1550 on her SAT got into all eight Ivy League colleges, and an Asian who scored a perfect 1600 on his got rejected by all eight Ivy League colleges.

Harvard is blatant with their racism. They sent out recruitment letters to blacks with an SAT score of 1170 (that’s good….not great….I scored higher), but they set the cut-off to 1380 for Asians.
