Take for instance her allegation they saw workers filling out ballots. That’s not fraud. That’s what poll workers do for some ballots that are damaged and unable to go through the scanner. Does the lady mention this? No. Did she consider this possibility? No. Does she demand scrutiny? Yes. Does she scrutinize? No.
