Here's how I think this will play out.

Agree. Haven’t we heard libs say “nobody is above the law” for a year now? Time to apply the same thinking to Democrats who break the law.
Be my guest. But we both know Dem's haven't violated any laws in attempting to prosecute trump. It's why he will impugn their character. He'll get humiliated if he tries to charge them with something. No grand jury will go along.

Color me unsurprised you are on board with trump's plan to appease The Following by trying to exact revenge against those who sought to enforce the rule of law.

Square footage. Propert assessments. Paperwork filings. RICO charges.

Hahaahhaahahahaaaaa.
You’re all gullible morons.

You can't show actual proof of anything you write.
Sure I can, the lawfare was purely election interference. The conspiracy is well laid out by the 4 different meetings in the White House that the co conspiracies attended.

You're going to be a very sorry person by the time this is over.

You all done fucked up by going banana republic on us.

But we both know Dem's haven't violated any laws in attempting to prosecute trump.
.

The Democrats have no Power to prosecute President Trump.
The Democrats in Congress can only prosecute members of Congress or currently serving in office.

If you want to suggest the Democrats have any other authority ...
Then you would be assigning value to Democrats using their Power under the Department of Justice ...
Which would be an example of the Deep State and irresponsible, politically driven, prosecutorial misconduct.

You cannot have it both ways ... If the Democrats did anything as Democrats ...
Then you are simply applying politics to an equation that by law, should not be involved.

You're making more of a case that there is a reason to investigate the situation ...
If it actually makes a difference they were Democrats ...

.

Nobody is above the law!

Not even jack smith!
Or Joey bribem, or tish, or garland, or mayorkas, or any of the other swine who lied to Congress.

Biden has the perfect excuse...he is not mentally competent to stand trial. We'll have to let him go :(

But as of this moment...he's still president of the USA.

Biden has the perfect excuse...he is not mentally competent to stand trial. We'll have to let him go :(
Ok, but I want the rest of them on a metaphorical pike!

Yeah, Smith will definitely be near the front of the line.

Anyone who crossed him. Line 'em up.

And again: The world has seen this before.

It is what it is.
You are right about that we saw that with Pelosi and then Biden, I hope it doesn’t happen again.

Naturally. There's a lot of people who need to be discredited. It's what any fascist leader who is under indictment would do.

Not discredited, but investigated. It needs to be found out if any of these investigations are linked back to any democrats in Washington, up to and including Biden and harris

Remember, Letitia James campaigned on political harassment of Trump.

.

Special Counsel Jack Smith was appointed by the Attorney General solely under the purview of the Department of Justice.
The Department of Justice is subject only to the Executive Branch ... President Trump will be in charge of the Executive Branch.

The People have indicated President Trump can do whatever he wants with Special Counsel Jack Smith.
If Congress had chosen to petition for a Special Counsel, and got one ... It would be a different story ... But that's not what happened.

.
Exactly. The people did indicate that. Trump made no secret of what he was going to do, and the people said, "Do it, it needs to be done!"

Relax on the sidelines for two years, Dems. Don't embarass yourselves further by trying to thwart the will of the voters. If the voters don't like what Trump does for those two years, they'll go to the polls and put you in power again.

If you can avoid sounding like crazy people for another two years, that is.

Do you understand the difference between prosecutors following grand jury instructions by issuing indictments, and having the indicted person seek revenge against said prosecutors?
They don’t

And they won’t think hard enough about it to make them care

It’s not exacting revenge. It’s removing government people who used lawfare to go after political opponents and make sure sham trials like this never recur.

You think prosecutors in all these liberal areas should be able to fabricate cases against the political rival of Democrats in order to help block Trump’s election - and there are no consequences? This is America….not Communist China or North Korea.
Smith isn't the problem.

Merrick Garland is the problem.

Be my guest. But we both know Dem's haven't violated any laws in attempting to prosecute trump. It's why he will impugn their character. He'll get humiliated if he tries to charge them with something. No grand jury will go along.
Prosecutorial misconduct is against the law, as is weaponizing the DOJ to go after the #1 political rival of the Dems via trumped-up charges, pun unintended but appropro.

Naturally. There's a lot of people who need to be discredited. It's what any fascist leader who is under indictment would do.
Joe and Kamala for some reason stopped calling Trump those names.

Trump allies push to punish Jack Smith in first test of retribution vow

Even as Jack Smith moved to wind down his federal election interference case against Donald Trump on Friday, House Republicans took an initial step toward investigating the special counsel, setting up an early test of how the president-elect’s calls for retribution will play out.

House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) and Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-Georgia) asked Smith’s office to preserve all records of the historic classified document and election interference probes, a routine first step in congressional inquiries, law enforcement investigations and litigation. Elon Musk, the X owner who spent more than $100 million boosting Trump’s campaign, responded to the House Republicans’ letter by posting, “Jack Smith’s abuse of the justice system cannot go unpunished.”

Obviously, trump feels he must discredit Smith and his investigations. So he's going to unleash the Crazy in the House to do his dirty work. Will House committee's be spending time proving trump's innocence? No......cuz they can't, the evidence shows he's guilty.

They will instead attempt to smear the investigators. Assassinate their characters like trump always does. It's what he did to the grand juries, and the judges, and even the judge's clerk in his civil cases. It's what he's done to Smith, to James, to Bragg, to Garland, to anyone involved in the pursuit of holding Don accountable. He's hoping to find some tiny thing and blow it out of proportion like he did in the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. To muddy the waters. To substitute impugning the character of the prosecutors for proof of innocence. Because he doesn't have any of that. Which doesn't matter..........because The Following will buy whatever he's selling.
Oh look.. a democrat activist whining about “smearing”…. LOL
