Some governments attract the very brightest and the best. They are leaders with values being more important than huge wealth.

They are people who understand that greedy unlimited capitalism leads to political decay and corruption.

This is the reason why China's attempt at something new in government is attracting so much attention. They've already demonstrated some of the greatest successes known in history!
