I totally believe you. I'm sure it is awesome.
But, I'm not spending THAT much extra ( 5+ times more) for a Steak I'm sure I'd enjoy more than the 'lesser' steak that is mouth watering.
Congrats on being able to afford and enjoy this FABULOUS steak.
I can, but I won't.
We normally get 90 day dry aged CAB or prime in a ribeye. They run around sixty bucks a piece and they're very good.
If you've eaten at a nice steak house you've eaten dry aged steak.
We recently got a new butcher shop here in Katy Tx called Cherry Block. They specialize in dry aged beef and man is it good!!
