Conference is talking about the bill. It's coming to a compromise. Republicans must make a decision about the bill based on hearing dems' perspective. That is how it works.

Dems must hear Republican's perspective and compromise and make a decision about it. 2 to 1 they refuse to even hear the republican views and then blame them for obstruction.
