Here are all the states with a poor quality of life, according to the report:

  1. Texas
  2. Indiana
  3. Alabama
  4. Oklahoma
  5. Arkansas
  6. Tennessee
  7. Missouri
  8. Louisiana
  9. Kansas
  10. Arizona
Texas is the state with the worst quality of life, according to data from CNBC’s America’s Top States for Business report.

As part of the study, CNBC considers states’ quality of life as one of their 10 categories of competitiveness used to rank states.

CNBC uses multiple factors like crime rates, health care, air quality and child care when determining quality of life of each state.

Texas came in as the state with the worst quality of life, in part, due to its poor healthcare.


Ask all those people in Houston how those states rights utility company is working out for them.

I could never live in any of those states. But that doesn't mean the quality of life is bad. One can have a good quality no matter where one lives.

CRIME is a mark in all these 10 states. In Missouri, Democrats control Kansas City, St Louis and Columbia - U of Missouri. 2 of the most deadly cities in the country are KC and STL because of Democrat soft on crime policies that we have seen over the last 4 years.

So then you’ll be calling your states Congress and demanding they stop allowing gas and beef into your state?

I read through some of the article. It’s basically worthless information because they rate the states QoL based on their own metrics, but completely leave out other important ones, like, average wage, cost of a home, taxes, general cost of living, insurance costs, among others.

Simply rating a state based on inclusiveness, crime, and healthcare only paints one part of the picture.

I have been to Texas many, many times

While it is not one of my favorite states, there is a lot to do and it is not boring like most Red States
 
Red state/blue state. And people wonder why we are so divided.

i asked what state he lives in and if this is like the other threads i have asked him that question,he never comes back to the thread,lets see if he does that here....skewy like many here, attack other states,but never want to tell us were they live......

whats funny is all the states i have been to all seem to have the same stuff in them,like elevators,big buildings,a highway system....skewy is just one of many who eats up the die hard party mantras of division....

How I ironic given the numbers of people leaving the utopia that is California. Many head to Arizona and Texas.
