That’s not at all what I’m saying. Portland has the right to make whatever laws they want to make according to their electric. As for law enforcement and crime. I think there are hyperbolic and false Narratives going around as I’ve seen plenty of reports of police making arrests and being active during events. I also see many other cities with higher crime rates. But Trump is targeting Portland to make a political statement. Let’s just be honest about it shall we?
