This is a comic-book stylized modernism mosaic inspired by Dogma.

American kids loved water-guns and purchased them from Toys 'R Us during the summer months. Consumerism was representative of capitalism flowery and even imagination. However, terrorists despised capitalism and Western culture.

After some thought, God decided to guide humanity in this modern age of consumerism consciousness (e.g., eBay, Amazon.com, Wall Street, Wal-Mart, etc.). God made himself the comic book super-villain Hobgoblin so man would be more pensive about youthful energy and creative excitement as well as justice analysis. God appointed his archangel Raphael to become a titan-like soldier with an impressive sword. Raphael was to tell humanity about the value of teamwork and the United Nations. Finally, there was a Marxist Internet-blogger named Ali who dressed up like a vigilante and posted photos on his blogs about the modern symbolism of 'capitalism vanities' (e.g., Enron/Napster). While God and Raphael talked about industry, Ajay blogged about pornography and the dangers of gambling.

As expected, God, Ajay, and Raphael adopted/embraced iconic A.I. robot toys to talk about modernism ethics/values. God adopted the heroic jet-fighter super-robot Skyfire; Ajay adopted the martial evil terrorist robot Bruticus; Raphael adopted the super-fortress general-robot Metroplex (a symbol of urbanization idealism!). Skyfire, Bruticus, and Metroplex became the official 'consumerism trophies.' These three robots were used in meditations about eco-pollution (e.g., mishandled toxic-waste).

American super-celebrities Tom Hanks and Tom Cruise, star of culturally-symbolic films such as Apollo 13, Rain Man, and Edge of Tomorrow, were appreciating the impact of modern media (e.g., Internet, TV, radio, magazines) so they started hyping H.G. Wells' War of the Worlds adapted Orson Welles radio-broadcast which created a panic in the earlier era of Hollywood/entertainment. Hanks and Cruise believed the best way to embrace modernism was to evaluate the entertainment industry first!

Unfortunately, the biggest problems of the modern age were terrorism and eco-pollution, not media/celebrity scandals/gossip. Nevertheless, God used his Hobgoblin persona and his Skyfire robot-toy to market media journalism to Hanks and Cruise! Meanwhile, Ajay continued to blog about Marxism and discussed why Bruticus was a symbol of anti-establishment revolutionary angst towards industrialization related excesses. Raphael used his Metroplex robot-toy to understand why mob psychology was threatening basic objective governance. After all, shouldn't the modern American city be a 'haven' for commerce more than toxic-waste in the sewers?

American fashion-designers were using ethnic-minority supermodels to hype their personal ornamental perspectives on consumerism and pedestrian attitudes. This was the age of Vanity Fair, Victoria's Secret, and Cover Girl, so God helped these fashion-designers appreciate why anti-Western terrorists despised Beverly Hills, Manhattan, and Newport! Ajay commented that Marxism often felt like the 'right cure' to consumerism sloth and wondered if America had become a 'cholesterol-democracy'!

Hanks and Cruise decided to market a nifty line of new LED-lit umbrellas symbolic of new age idealism towards consumerism and urban traffic. These Glovion umbrellas were popular in Hong Kong, San Francisco, Sydney, Beijing, Jakarta, and Los Angeles. Hanks and Cruise commented that Glovion umbrellas were to modernism what Apollo moon-missions were to a burgeoning pro-pluralism democracy in the JFK era. Raphael appreciated all this and encouraged mankind to study the industrialization-related malady of pollution-catalysed acid rain (which threatened the 'capitalism face' of civilization).

GOD: I liked what Hanks and Cruise did!
SATAN: Yes, Glovion umbrellas are arguably 'magical.'
GOD: Do you think modern man cares about governance?
SATAN: I think the Trump Administration cares about the World Bank.
GOD: That may be accurate, but what about Ajay's Marxist stance?
SATAN: Ajay likes Bruticus, comic books, and the Internet; he's not dangerous.
GOD: True, but capitalism-optimism seems almost 'mandatory' now.
SATAN: I agree; that's why Bloomberg TV and the Wall Street Journal are 'high-brow.'
GOD: The new American sci-fi horror-film Alien: Covenant symbolizes evolutionary fears.
SATAN: Yes, that Ridley Scott film is about humans vying with predatory aliens.
GOD: The predatory aliens represent paranoia about survival in modern times...
SATAN: Why did you don the identity of Hobgoblin (Marvel Comics)?
GOD: The Hobgoblin (as Ajay might agree!) is a 'terrorism-totem.'
SATAN: Do you think Raphael is conscious of mankind's guilt (e.g., eco-pollution)?
GOD: I believe Raphael appreciates Glovion umbrellas as much as Hanks/Cruise!
SATAN: Alright; maybe Ajay will blog a short-story about 'modern fashion.'
GOD: I think Ajay is a huge fan of Doctor Zhivago.
SATAN: Zhivago was a Russian romantic pensive about flaws in Communism.
GOD: Marxism is not Communism, and Ajay would like what Hanks/Cruise said about news.
SATAN: Yes, Ajay appreciates why modern journalism is akin to 'creative knighthood.'
GOD: Maybe Alien: Covenant soothes all our anxieties about destiny...
SATAN: Isn't Netflix a beacon for liberty?
GOD: Perhaps...if consumerism caters to free-thinking.
