I wonder how anyone can afford to live in that State??

Ours has a neat trick. They round your bill up to the next whole dollar, then pocket the money to help people who can't pay their bill.

Years ago when I lived in Oxnard, just down the road in PT. Hueneme they wanted to tax your 'view' of the ocean. Yep, if you live on the beach, and could see the ocean, you need to pay a tax
