Having hip replacement surgery tomorrow.

Anyone here have that? Wasn't nervous, until now. The butterflies or whatever are kicking in.

It is an anterior supine total hip replacement.

I am an idiot and have been dealing with pain for over 10 years now. Playing a lot of golf....walking etc.

Over the last 4 years, it has become ridiculous.

Anyone ever had it?

My dad. Left side. He had it at the young age of 91. You'll be fine. Rest easy and good luck.

A close friend had it done, after she fall in Italy on vacation and really messed up her hip. She had it done here in the States about 10 years ago. Very successful.

My wife had one done 10 years ago.
They should have you walking within hours after the surgery.
She should have had the other hip done a year later but procrastinated.
Now she's paying for it.
When you have hip surgery all of the sudden your bad hip becomes your good hip.
