It’s based in the Twin Cities today , it started in the Bay Area in the post war era and moved its HQ to Las Vegas or Nevada in the early 1970s , it has a Mahanta ( Spiritual Leader ) and various spiritual Levels and realms that congregants aspire to reach . Here in Redding area we meet at a Holiday Market community meeting room and there are usually 6-12 folks
