Darrell Brooks was charged with intentional homicide after driving his red SUV through a crowded street commemorating the holiday season, claiming six lives of those ages 8 to 81 and injuring dozens more.

Darrell Brooks is a career criminal, with his first felony coming in the 1990s. Darrell Brooks had also made bail twice in Wisconsin his year despite having an active sex crime warrant out of Nevada and claiming to be indigent, court records showed.
