Another one I hated was Layla -don't recall the band. (maybe was Led Zep)

Go to about 6 minutes and revel in the greatness of the guitar playing and realise they broke ground.

The intro is about as beautiful as it gets.

I thought Hey Jude by the Fab 4 went on much too long - one of their most overrated and one of the few songs by them that I disllike.
