How in heck is that even a valid legal catagory? How do you prove, er, a subjective category like HATE as opposed to ACTUALY proving someone murdered someone? Or stole their socks? What forensic evidence can prove such an ethereal emotional state, AND, TWO for the price of one, operators are standing by, WHO or what group defines what "hate" is ? This catagory has to stop, end this.
