Has Trump really gained ANY voters???

Trump doesn’t have a hostile Congress.

Yes he does Coyote. He has a brood of establishment Republicans threatening to derail his agenda at any given moment, whether it be healthcare or tax reform. The Democrats will never feel behooved to work with the man because RESIST! That is hostility, pure and simple.

Gets on my nerves really.
No, he has a Congress that represents their constituents

The greatest Dealmaker ever should be able to work out a compromise

but he's the King of Kings when it comes to

Executive Orders

and to think, he complained about Obama's!

Isn't that fun? Chopping the Antiquities Act and National Parks and Monuments, pulling out of Paris Agreement, neutering our State Dept as he badmouths the FBI and his other intelligence agencies choosing to believe Putin instead, refusing to advertise Obamacare, deporting Dreamers, firing any and all Obama appointees leaving dozens of positions empty including an Ambassador to SoKo, allowing polluters unfettered access to our clean air and water, failing to implement Russia sanctions on schedule as ordered by congress .. these are all "accomplishments" in Trumptard World. :rolleyes-41:

Anybody who pays relatively close attention to politics, knows for a fact, what Donald Trump has done in 10 months with a hostile Congress is at the very least, insanely impressive. Anyone who tells you different is a dishonest liberal.

List the major pieces of legislation passed - Trump will finish his first year with BUPKIS :)
Legislation is not the job of the POTUS, it is still that of congress. But considering the last 8 years I could understand why people think it is the president's job and the SCOTUS.

With the way the left continues to treat middle, America you can bet he's not losing much which means democrats aren't gaining.

You mean like raising their taxes?
and taking their health care away and cutting social security and MEDICARE and Children's healthcare to pay for the tax cut primarily for the corporations and very top of the top families....

I'm sorry when are the raising of taxes supposed to start ?
read a newspaper, inform yourself, the taxes on the poorest and middle class go up, beginning next year....
The poorest pay taxes? Doubtful.

Actually you might want to read some less biased publications, yourself.

It'd be a very safe bet to conclude that EVERY Trump supporter on here voted for Trump in 2016.

And, if these same supporters state that they "won" last time and given the same infantile Trump antics since last year, they could win again......

But, they'd be wrong.

Trump has LOST many voters (the Pew poll underscores that almost 20% of evangelicals no longer support him.)...Further, the anti-Clinton voters with Hillary removed from any further viability, may now vote for virtually anyone BUT Trump.

Sure, Trump may have gained a vote here and there from some democrat millionaire who stands to "hit the jackpot" if Trump's tax scam goes through...But, besides that odd individual, WHO could claim that Trump has "won them over"???

What the hell is wrong with you? The election is 3 years away.

Sorry, but Trump is providing no direction or leadership for Congress. He doesn't give a rats ass what's in a bill and cares less about shaping them than any other president in history. Hell, they could put a bill increasing SS and Medicare on his desk and he'd sign the damn thing.

Trump has probably not gained a significant number of votes. This country is too divided for anyone on either side to change their vote. He hasn’t lost any either.

LOL......

A. We have a mid term election coming up in less than a year.....

B. Like it or not, Trump is a republican whose putrid "shadow" will impact on every republican candidate.

C. Like it or not, Moore is ALSO a republican whose shadow will be an albatross on every republican candidate in 2018 AND 2020.

Trump has a hostile Congress because of his own behavior. He simultaneously demands the do something then when balked in any way because Congress does not work like his business, shreds individuals loudly and publically. Instead of taking the time to learn how Congress works and what HE needs to do he turns on them. He supports something one moment then turns around and changes his mind the next. He wants Congress to repeal ACA but won’t go around selling it to the people beyond his own solid base. Tax reform....what a joke. It has something like 25% (?) public support....and is a partisan vendetta attacking blue states and higher ed. And...the Democrats were deliberately excluded and it was passed through a budgetary process not normal legislation where what are likely going to be huge problems to later could have been caught by a more thorough and careful approach that such a huge bill needs. Now before you jump up and say but the ACA, think about this.

ACA was crafted over 18 months. It included input and advisory committees from affected industries and groups. It included ideas that Republicans themselves had espoused at one time. The Republicans were part of the process in so far as they were willing but they took themselves out. The president stumped around the country selling it...not just to his friendly base. The process was done through the normal route, not Budget Reconciliation which should not be the way to pass huge bills. Don’t look at whether the ACA was good or bad, look at the process.

Are the Dems being obstructionate? Yes, like the pubs before them. BUT we had a light in the cracks there with DACA. I always said immigration was something both sides could find common ground on. Most of us want better security, quick deportation of violent criminals and protection for those brought over as children. The Dem leadership and Trump had worked together to come up with something. It looked like a break in partisan battling.

And what happened Templer? The president suddenly and publically changed his mind. How can Dems work with a president that can’t stick to an agreement? How can anyone? Even his own party has suffered from this, having the rug pulled out from under them.

P.S. I am being a bit sarcastic because I am pissed at the political mess.

He has lost support, that would translate to lost votes.
