I am not a cooler. I am a change agent. That clip, that is how I roll. I haven't applied for a job in forty years. Like Dalton, they come to me. The money only gets bigger. I am in, I am out. But in the process, across multiple industries, I deliver results.
I can't help but think about business school. Professor is like, you have a leader, he delivers results, he turns things around. Do you reward him with a cushy position? It was funny, most of the class were like, yeah, he earned it. Oh, I was adamant. NO, I said. The professor seemed puzzled. He is who he is. He doesn't want the cushy job. He wants the challenge. He is who he is. You move him to another place, another challenge, otherwise, you might as well cut his balls off. The class fell out laughing. But I made my point.
The thing is, I am a leader. I have a degree, in leadership, Summa Cum Lauda, look it up. But the most important part, I ran dogs. Beagles, rabbit dogs, national champions. Hell, who hunts rabbits anymore. Bird dogs, English setters, yeah, I have ran them. The thing is, if you can't run a pack of dogs you got no business running people. Trump, he is scared of dogs. That, in and of itself, should tell you everything.
