I have 3 disc that are herniated and I been doing steroid shots and even got an ablation on the nerves but still have a lot of pain. I can get one more procedure to put a stimulator in my lower back that will shock the nerves , it supposed to do wonders but if that does not work the next step is surgery but I do not want it. I have had 12 surgeries so far in my life and not a fan of having anymore. If I do decide to get it what am I to expect. The discs are in my lower back.
