Forget the bill. That was dead on arrival in the Congress. It allowed more people to enter the US than were coming at the height of illegal crossings during the Obama Administration before the border closings would take place.

Biden's "plan" for the border was to allow millions of illegals to pour into the country. He set about putting that "plan" in motion his first week in office. This IS a crisis and it's going to wreck havoc on our country's safety net. Hospitals are going to be flooded with people they're forced to treat that will never pay them a penny. Schools will be flooded with children who's parents won't be supporting those schools with property taxes. Every single entitlement program that we put in place to protect legal Americans is now going to be stressed to the breaking point to deal with illegals.

Just remember who it was that caused this. It was the Democrats and they did so deliberately because they think that at some point the people they're letting in will vote for them.
