Trump's policies were highly suspect and not well thought out. Most would have been all rescinded by now due to unconstitutionality. That's why Biden wanted 2 branches of the government on board. It would be much harder , almost impossible for the judicial branch to over ride what the two other branches agreed upon.

Correct , throngs of people built up on the border waiting for fairer judgment. When the tyrant trump was gone we had a flood of them crossing. What else did you expect. They never go away. If you believe this is a problem for a nation of 330 plus million to absorb hundreds of thousands of immigrants a year. Just wait a few more years when this world goes into crisis mode and millions or even billions are trying to get in. That's why it has to be done legally. , gimmicks won't work / didn't work even for trump.

They could have reinstated those EO's anytime they wanted. Kamala Harris was the "Border Czar"! She owns the illegal immigration crisis!

You obviously don't know your history, Stann. Reagan cut a deal with Tip O'Neal...in return for giving citizenship to illegals in the country O'Neal was supposed to give Reagan the money to secure the border. Reagan lived up to his end of the deal...O'Neal didn't!

Actually this crisis belongs to the republicans who shot down the bipartisan Immigration Bill that would have given Biden the legal power to shut down all undocumented immigration by declaring an emergency. That was part of the deal that trump couldn't tolerate. If Biden got undocumented immigration down to zero he would have nothing to brag about.
