I marched with the VFW on Veteran's Day on Main Street, West Jefferson, Ohio. I had to call cadence to get them marching, correctly.

I marched with the VFW on Veteran's Day on Main Street, West Jefferson, Ohio. I had to call cadence to get them marching, correctly.

Pretty close to my home turf for 5 years (1976-1981). After graduating from BGSU I worked in Columbus for 5 years (Nationwide Ins and then Industrial Nucleonics/AccuRay) and lived in apartment just northeast of Wilson Rd and I-70. Had many a good time at Darby Creek Metro Park along with canoeing on Big Darby. These local celebration are great with their feeling of Norman Rockwell Americana.
