Before the "Fairness" Doctrine was rightly killed off by President Reagan's FCC in 1987, the Left had virtually unfettered monopoly on both print and broadcast media. Oh sure there was William F. Buckley's "The Firing Line" but that was about it. And it always aired on the worst possible airtime known to man. Sunday afternoons on some obscure PBS or independent station.
